Order processing: We strive to expedite your order as fast as possible. We download orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 7 am – 5 pm). Usually, we can ship an order the same day that we receive them. Majority of the items displayed on the website will be shipped within 24 hours. Customers will be notified if products are pre-order, back-ordered or if shipping will be delayed. All items will be shipped from our company address: Kirstinehøj 23A, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark.

You choose the way your order should be shipped:

If you choose “Standard shipping” the delivery time will be approximately 2-3 week days in Europe depending on the distance. In Denmark, there is day-to-day delivery.

If you choose “Express shipping” you get day-to-day delivery in most parts of Europe.

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transactions.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be registered with the shipping company and you will receive an e-mail with the shipping details and ‘track and trace’ number.

If you choose “Warehouse Pick up”, your order can be picked up at the company address: Kirstinehøj 23A, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark.

We will deliver your order to the address that is listed under “Shipping address”. Deliveries will be made on regular business days, not on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. Efuma ApS excludes any liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.

When you receive your order

Please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If there are missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us via e-mail: sales@efuma.com with information indicating the problem about the damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Please remember to write the order number. Contact should be made within 72 hours of your delivery.
