GLS Parcel Shop: 35.00 DKK

Choose this delivery option if you want your package delivered to a GLS parcel shop near you. Select from over 1,600 parcel shops nationwide. The delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. Packages sent with GLS are not delivered on weekends.

When choosing delivery to a GLS parcel shop, you will receive an email/SMS when your package is ready for collection. You then have ten business days to pick it up.

GLS Home Delivery: 49.00 DKK

Choose GLS Home Delivery if you want your package delivered directly to your home by GLS. Deliveries with GLS always occur on business days with a delivery time of 1-3 business days.

PostNord Pickup Point: 35.00 DKK

Have your package delivered to your nearest PostNord pickup point. Shipping with PostNord to a designated pickup point includes collection at post offices and parcel lockers located across the country. Choose from approximately 1,600 post offices and parcel lockers nationwide. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. PostNord delivers to parcel lockers Monday through Saturday.

PostNord Home Delivery: 49.00 DKK

With this delivery option, PostNord delivers your package to your address on business days. PostNord offers next-day delivery, so you can expect a delivery time of 1-3 business days. If you are not home to receive the package, PostNord will take it to a nearby parcel shop and notify you. In this case, the package can be collected the next day.

Delivery Information

All packages are assigned a track and trace number to ensure secure delivery. This allows you to follow the package via the respective carrier’s website. We automatically send an order confirmation and invoice via email when your order is dispatched.

The usual delivery time is 1-3 business days. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 PM on the same day. Orders placed during weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

Unless otherwise agreed, we always ship your entire order together.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to non-bridge-connected islands. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.


Lost Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier or YourFlavours.com to initiate a search. When reaching out to YourFlavors.com, include your order number or phone number so we can locate your order in our system and start the search promptly. If contacting the carrier, include your tracking number. For lost shipments, the carrier has up to 72 hours from the start of the search to locate the package.


Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please send us photos of the outer package and the damaged contents as soon as possible. Send these to info@yourflavors.com along with your order number or phone number, so we can quickly locate your order in our system.

If damaged contents are used before a potential compensation claim is processed, the claim will no longer be valid.
